Academic licenses are only
provided to insitituions, universities etc...It is not possible for a
student to buy a license.
Mobile license allows the
developer
to install as many copies as one developer needs to work. For example,
one copy of EclipseUML at the workplace, one copy at personal
residence, and one copy on a portable computer.
Floating license allows as
many
concurrent connections to the server as number of licenses. Eight
developers can usually work with five floating licenses. The official
ratio is 1.6 developers per floating licence.
Commercial development means
the
UML plugin is used in order to develop Java programs for company
purposes.
Integrator development means
the
UML plugin is used to develop a Java solution for company purposes.
Evaluation use means the UML
plugin
is used exclusively for technical evaluation without any commercial
purpose.
